Aglio-Olio (Garlic and Oil)

| For people who like garlic! This is such an easy dish to prepare and it works really well with any of the smoky and garlic sauces. |

| 500 g. Linguine |
| 60 ml. Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 4 cloves Garlic, whole |
| ¼ cup cup Flat Leaf Parsley |
| 1 teaspoon Dave's Roasted Garlic Sauce |
| ½ teaspoon Salt |
| 1 teaspoon fresh ground Black Pepper |

| Sauté garlic in olive oil, over medium heat until brown, remove, and reserve. Mash reserved garlic by using the back of a fork. Return mashed garlic to olive oil. Cook at high heat for 1 minute. Add chilli sauce; cook for an additional minute stirring sauce into oil. Add parsley and salt, cook for 1 more minute. |

| Add cooked linguine, toss well, arrange on heated serving dish, and sprinkle with black pepper. Serve without cheese please!
Be careful not to burn garlic, burnt garlic will impart a bitter taste. Vary the amount of chilli sauce to suite your palate, as in all cooking 'taste as you go'. |
